Extra pounds come creeping in and you never notice them on your thighs or hips even though you should. But when you suddenly realize you weigh more than you should, and you can’t look at yourself in the mirror without feeling ashamed, there is certainly something that must be done. You say it’s too difficult, that you can’t do it, that cutting down on calories is something unimaginable.  But there are some things that you can do in order to regain the body that you lost while being fair and honest with yourself.   1. Get a Notebook

It may not sound all shiny and interesting, but keeping track of what you eat on a normal basis will help you reduce calories in places you never acknowledged before. Switch normal fat products and high calorie ones with their low-fat/low-calorie counterpart.

  1. Don’t drink Empty Calories

A juice has sugar and sugar means calories. Substitute everything you drink with normal still water- preferably 2-3 liters per day. This will hydrate you and make your weight loss easier.

You can’t expect to lose an immense amount of weight all at once. Believing in yourself is crucial because it gives you the strength you need to keep going. Never belittle yourself and keep going no matter how hard.
